Dr.Lime

Solaris Pure

Dr Lime Solaris Pure is crafted for applications that demand exceptional clarity and consistent performance. It is developed using ultra clear solar grade material sourced from low iron high calcium carbonate reserves within the Group Company Mine and selected partner deposits. The material undergoes selective bench development supported by strict quality control measures that preserve its purity from extraction to final preparation.

Each stage of processing is designed to remove unwanted elements that may compromise the performance of finished solar glass. Through scalping, washing and colour sorting, the material is freed from visible impurities. Fine grinding, precision classification and high intensity magnetic separation further work to reduce Fe₂O₃ to PPM levels.

Benefits

Solaris Pure from Dr Lime offers a series of performance advantages that make it suitable for precision driven solar glass manufacturing.

  • Ensures uniform quality
  • Enhances solar glass clarity
  • Supports efficient kiln melting
  • Improves yield and throughout
  • Reduces energy consumption

Production

The production of Dr Lime Solaris Pure follows a detailed and controlled process to ensure that the final material meets demanding industry standards. Beginning with the selection of low iron high calcium carbonate reserves, the material is evaluated and extracted from specific benches developed to maintain purity. Initial handling involves scalping to remove oversized and unwanted fragments followed by washing which clears surface impurities. Colour sorting further enhances purity by eliminating discoloured particles that may indicate mineral contamination.
